Subscription, billing and cancellation
Everything you need to know about your Podify subscription, in plain English: how the trial works, how billing works, and how to cancel whenever you like.

How the trial works
When you join Podify, you start with a trial that costs £1.95. This gives you full access to everything: over 2 million podcasts, more than 40,000 live radio stations, ad-free listening, offline downloads and playback on any device. To start the trial you add your payment card, and you must be 18 or over and either the cardholder or have the cardholder's permission.
You can cancel the trial at any time. If you cancel before the trial period ends, you will not be charged the monthly subscription fee.
What happens after the trial
Unless you cancel during the trial, your subscription continues automatically. After the trial period ends, you will be charged £19.95 per month and your subscription will renew each month on the same basis until you decide to cancel. There is nothing extra to do to keep listening; your access simply continues.
How billing works
Podify is billed to your payment card through a secure, PCI-DSS-compliant third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card number. Here is how the charges work:
- Your card is charged £1.95 when you start the trial.
- After the trial period, the recurring fee of £19.95 is charged to your card each month.
- Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
- All prices are in pounds sterling.
If a payment cannot be taken, for example because your card has expired, we may retry the payment or pause your access until your details are updated.
How to cancel
You can cancel at any time, and it only takes a moment. Choose whichever method suits you:
- Through your account: sign in, go to your account settings, open the subscription or billing section, and select the option to cancel. Follow the prompts to confirm.
- By email: send a message to contact@podify-uk.com from the email address on your account, asking us to cancel. We will action your request and confirm by email.
If you cancel during the trial, you will not be charged the monthly fee. If you cancel a paid subscription, your cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again after that. You can keep listening until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Refunds
Except where required by law, we do not provide refunds for partial months or for periods during which you had access to the service. Your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law are not affected. If you think you have been charged in error, please contact us at contact@podify-uk.com and we will look into it.
Updating your card
You can update your payment card at any time in the billing section of your account settings. Keeping your card details current makes sure your subscription is not interrupted. If you need any help updating your details, email us at contact@podify-uk.com.
